ARDMORE, INC. is a private, non-profit social
service agency providing quality residential and support services to
people in the community with developmental disabilities. We have a
variety of employment opportunities at this time.
- RELIEF – make your own schedule; you can
work where, when and how often you choose. It’s a great way to get
to know our agency!
- FULL TIME – 40 hours a week set schedule.
Benefits include: paid medical, dental and life insurance, 403B with
25% match your first year up to 4% of your salary), two weeks of
paid vacation per year (increasing in 5 years to three weeks, paid
sick time, personal days, Employee Assistance Program (which
includes professional, legal and counseling services), paid
holidays.
- PART TIME –a fixed schedule of less than
40 hours. Benefits include: paid vacation time after six months of
employment and paid sick time after one year.
- FOSTER CARE PROVIDERS – work from your own
home. You are paid a daily rate to provide a home and personal care
services to adults with developmental disabilities.
We
provide complete PAID TRAINING. You must have a current Ohio Driver’s
License, insurance, and a good driving record.
